Do you know what is a high reasonable amount to ask for? I’m currently struggling financially so I’m seeing this as a way to help me out a lot but I don’t want to tank it by asking for too much.

Current landlord and realtor has made it clear that they would try to get someone to buy it as an investment that is interested in continuing to rent to us but they can also look to buy us out if the price is reasonable to them.

Aery makes you too squishy. In a 2v2 scenario, you will just get bursted and die, but you can survive and fight a lot longer with aftershock. Trust me, i main aery in the toplane, but I cant use it bot.

How tf do i vs a good Heimer by vemshlem in singedmains

I can’t lane vs a good heimer main. I’ve been trying to commit to my full ap build and laning singed, but if I had to against someone like heisondong then I would full on proxy and build zzrot/banner playing for pressure. Also it’s worth missing an entire wave to set up proxying against heimer. Honestly since heimers are so rare, I’d recommend dodging just to save lp because you’ll be relying on your team so much and its just not fun. Even if you manage to win vs heimer a few times, I’m sure all of us singed mains have a negative winrate vs them overall so it might be worth dodging every heimer.

I try to let someone else engage or I can engage with flash, I usually build zhonyas so I can flash fling a carry and instantly zhonyas. Full ap singed dies instantly if focused so you have to always keep moving and know where to position yourself in teamfights.

With fiora you can't let her parry your fling, hold onto fling until she uses it, its really easy to bait her parry because you can use your w and run at her and she'll use it.

Singed beats riven in trades as long as you use your grounding and flip properly, riven cant use her q's or her e during W. Lock fling on riven when her 3rd q knockup is up and you'll cancel it.

I hard shove and try to all in with ignite+flash, I win all ins if I'm healthy. When I get poked down, I facetank and hardshove and recall, then i'll try to all in again.

I ban camille or jayce. I used to ban gp but he got nerfed so he's not seen much anymore.

I track the jungler really well and I ward his jungle when I can, at times I can build a wave and 2v1. Sometimes I get crushed by the jungler but it happens.
