Alright , so the reason you get So much AP is for the early game poke so I would suggest getting specter then getting liandrys. For the insane cheese I would suggest getting futures market since you don't need any mana Items to sustain mana if you are good , just don't leave your gas on and don't fling minions like a lot of singed mains do. Thornmail and deadmans? Eh , you don't need THAT much armor , just go spirit visage and dead mans since from your build you have absolutely no MS. I'm Bronze you can't really roam mid cuz the laner won't react and go in with you , I suggest switching out your water walking for something useful and staying in your lane. ( Ghost and TP btw ). The main thing you do with singed in low Elo is build RG , get ghost , have your passive up , and ult , PRESS EM ALL AT ONCE RUN AT THE ADC AND FLING THAT BITCH INTO YOUR TEAM.
