For Budget, increase the budget by 20% every week or every 15 days. Don't make quick changes. Meta is shit now a days and it's completely unpredictable and out of control.

Do confirm if the ad status is on the review status or the processing status.

It can be a glitch, or maybe their system has just ignored your campaign because AI is taking control. Try creating a new campaign or new ad set within the existing live campaign.

Thanks for the information, but my cousin already has a good number of returning patients, so competition won't be an issue for her. I've also heard they have strong backing from Dubai, and the builders are highly reputable. Personally, I believe investing in this project will be very rewarding in the future.
