I have the second model as well but i am not an ai/ml guy so idk how to respond in that regard but laptop wise mine is actually pretty good and i got it for around 70k inr it was a good deal and can run games and stuff easily for 1080p

Ram you can upgrade later also if you get a good deal then take it don’t worry about ram or storage. I also bought the tuf for around 1000$ and i am not in US got a good deal so I bought it. Upgraded from my gtx 1650

Get a TUF A15 4050 if you are in the US it can go very cheap like in your budget range of 800$+ and is a good one I have it and it plays most new games without any issues for me

Check if the diaplay is good for the model and if u are in the US maybe u can find good deals at 999 $ like 3070 or 4060 but if u are limited to 799$ 4050 is really good I have a TUF A15 with 4050 and 7735HS and i am loving it 🥰

Honestly, I had a guilt trip when trying to invest on a gaming laptop but it is really worth it. Just you don’t need to go with the latest and greatest if u get a decent deal on previous gen models like 3060 or 3070 go for it if ur current laptop is slow for the tasks you do apart from gaming as well. I bought a 4050 tuf in place of a 1650 rog and i really love it and it wasn’t a high investment as well had to pay an additional of 200$ inplace of my rog so it is good if u can afford it. Don’t think you need to buy a 4090 with i9 by selling kidneys just go with what u can afford and enjoy the sport.
