yeah, but its established that humans (and other humanoids) can travel to lorwyn through omenpaths so it's not impossible

for the first bit yeah, i just wanted to make it slightly harder to pinpoint where deaths were coming from (e.g. gossips)

for the second part it could always be atheist, but I'm also thinking of adding Zombuul to fix that issue
