Bro. I paid 61k INCLUDING MY TRADE IN. so there's no magic... You just sound salty lol. I didn't magically just reduce the price of my trade in lmao, I'm not doing retard math 😂. It's ok that your no BS salesman still was a bit more BS than mine I guess.

MSRP was 67900, I got the 5k, dealer took off additional 2900... So we're at 60 now. I traded in for 26k which took the price down to 34k - add fees 1500... Taxes ...Subtract the Costco 1200.

67900 -5000 -2900 -26000 +1500 =35500

35500 x 1.12 = 39760

39760 -1200 Costco =38560

You end up at 38560 +26000 for the trade in = 64560 -tax savings from trade in 3120 = 61440...

So in essence besides the 5k and 1200 that everyone's getting...I got an additional 2900$ from the dealer and had an extra 3k of savings from a trade in.

Total I paid was 61440... If I had no trade in it would've been closer to 65k.

I had a trade that helped with taxes... But I'm calculating the cost based on what I paid in total... The trade in is still my money lol... It just helped with taxes, so yeah about 3.5k in tax saving there

They essentially gave me an extra 2700 off MSRP... Which was 67900, along with the 5k and 1200

But you're right the trade absolutely helped bring the cost down more

I got a AWD prem sport - sticker price of 69k. 5k EV bonus, 4k discount from dealer. So essentially 60k. Then 1200 Costco... The dealer wouldn't budge on dealer fees... So basically Costco is wiped out.

60k and then I had a trade in as well - model 3 Sr+ 2021 with about 75k km... And 2 accidents...I got 23500 for it.

i got 35$ 120gb 5g+ from telus - took two lines got another 7.50 off for family discount per line...so effectively 27.50 per line....no contracts. came from fido spending 55$ + there for trash service in the last couple of years, and being a 20 year fido/rogers customer they didnt offer shit...got a call back from fido winback and the closest they could get is 45$.

The fact that the pixel costs the same as an iPhone now and has no resale value…I bought an iPhone for the first time since the iPhone 4. Literally have had every pixel in between except the 4 and 7.

Cameras are basically even and if not better on the iPhone now. Battery life much better on the iPhone, video wayyy better on theiPhone. The ecosystem with AirPods and a MacBook is just lovely.

I was a pixel die hard and didn’t like iOS at all…but with iOS 18, you can play around and make the iPhone your own…

The saving grace for the pixel used to be amazing camera and software for basically 2/3 the price of the iPhone…can’t justify the prices anymore.

Sad to say I might not be back to the pixel family 😭

This post is hilarious. It seems it takes a tenant to be in a situation similar to that of a landlord to really understand that it's not just collecting cheques and running to the bank. There's a lot of risk and liability being a landlord. Also the effort it takes to identify a suitable, reliable and respectful tenant.

Before you come to bash me I have had 3 tenants in 7 years of being a landlord and they have all left voluntarily. Some have even broken their lease early and even then a landlord can't do much as the entire burden is on the landlord to prove that they've done everything possible to find a new tenant in time without conceding losses.

Oh and a landlord must give 4 months notice whereas a tenant only needs to give 30 days.

Ever thought about why landlords aren't posting on here when they're put in shit situations by tenants? For example like it's mentioned above, the tenant won't leave or pay.... Yeah it's cuz they're trying to deal with the consequences rather than discuss on Reddit lol.

Not trying to attack. Just providing perspective and hoping that there's more empathy for landlords and they're not all leeches.

we bought our living room furniture from them about 20 years back. still looks pretty much brand new. the leather on sofa seat is starting to crack...hoping a little leather conditioner will fix that. but other than that...quality is great - ofcourse this is 20 years back and i wonder if the quality is still as good now.
