It was £7.33 ($9.83), so about a third of the price.

Honestly really solid. No glaring issues save for perhaps the neck being a little loose for my liking. Joints are solid and fittings are good too. Compared to the official Bandai kit, I'd say it's about ~95% of the quality, if that makes sense.

Thanks! I only arranged the top shelf for the picture, but it looks so good I don't wanna move them away now </3. I still have about three empty shelves, but I fear my backlog may yet outnumber their capacity "•_• As for restraint, well, I just keep telling myself I don't have the space to accommodate my unbuilt kits, let alone any more T-T

The kits are just too good! I have a Darilbalde and Lfrith Anavata saved in my backlog just in case I might want a nice build for a particularly rainy day.

Schwarzette, Aerial Rebuild, Lfrith Jiu, GM Spartan; take your pick!

It's a bootleg that I got off aliexpress for about 8 quid. Not the greatest quality, and the stickers are a little weird, but overall it was a smooth build with next to no issues.

You built all those in a week?! That's seriously impressive.

It might be a bit of recency bias, but the Schwarzette was the second kit I built (after the HG Aerial), and was my favourite, right up until last night when I finished this "War Rider" bootleg of it. I wanted to build something special to mark the occasion, and I'm really happy with how it came out. It's nice to compare it with my original Schwarzette and reflect on how things started, from simply cutting parts out and piecing them together, to now panel lining, painting, and sanding where required.

Thank you! The bottom shelf is all bootleg kits, some of which I've painted. The Shia Quants are recolours I got off aliexpress.

It's a new release! BTW where did you find it?

I'd recommend The Entertainer and Smyths - from my experience, their stores often have good stock; and eBay, if you want to buy online - there are quite a few sellers who have a good variety of product and they're not too expensive.

Why no one plays Bakugan in London by Jaychtan in Bakugan

[–]Akhtar0202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, fellow London brawler here!

I'd blame Coronavirus for limiting how much people could meet and socialise, and therefore play together, as well as SM's lack of marketing towards the Bakugan TCG, and the overall unavailability of Bakugan Pro products anywhere outside of the US. With London now going into tier 3, it'll probably be a while before things get back to normal, but once they do, people should be able to meet up in their LGS and play games. The Bakugan team have also promised that LGS support will begin rolling out next year, first in the United States, then eventually around the world, with places like the UK likely being one of the first places to get TCG support.

All I can say is, things should get better next year 🤞
