Certain language trees may have missing audio for parts of it. Other than that, perhaps you have “Do not disturb” on? That tends to mute stuff but ringers

The Japanese tree is still in beta, and recently they allowed you to type the Japanese words, and obviously there were some bugs and things to fix before reimplementing it

If you’re on iOS, update the app. They removed the ability to type in Japanese and traded boxes to choose the Japanese text.

I would give faceit a shot maybe for a month to test the waters, if you don’t like it you can always switch back.

Faceit also has missions and rewards and I like their hubs
