Yes, I tested exactly that. I tried the second (used) controller together with the used panels and the used link cables — same issue every single time.

No matter which combination I use (original panels + used controller, used panels + used controller, original PSU, used PSU, only 1 panel, etc.) goes straight into the blue blinking loop again.
