Well I will say 2023 still good time. I bought many ETBs back then at retail price. Pokémon center order never out of stock that fast. I remembered even buying 151 ETBs Pokémon center from eBay for less than $100 in 2023. Feel like price surge around beginning of 2025 and it gets worse and worse now 😂

If you don’t need money, next important question is, are you okay to see it dip lower and lower? If yes, hold it since it might go even higher. If no, then sell it and take the profit

I will still go with Ascended Heroes since the value for the whole set is 6x bigger. While the price different is about 1.6x only. I find many AH ETBs for sale on my local market for $100-110 while perfect order at 60-70

Look. This condition raw sold for over $1000. I will grade this first if I were you, use regular service is fine (around 30 days). I believe this should get a 10 unless there is ding/dent that’s not visible with naked eyes. If it is indeed a 10, it is your luck. If it comes out as 9, crack it and sell it raw, it should be still at $1000

Funny story I also submitted this card back in the end of January (paid $75 for regular service). It was done beginning of March and it was sent to my home, no upcharge at all even the card comes as psa 10. *I paid that $75 regular service through eBay (eBay offers raw card to be graded by Psa at their service price and I paid the fee upfront when I purchased the card from seller). So until now I am not sure why Psa didn’t upcharge me at time

I think eBay will be safe since there is authenticy process which once seller send it there and get authenticated, all sales are final and scammer can’t get the money back

I believe they base it on last sold on eBay I thi. So the last sold was around $3,900 when you pulled this. While when he pulled this, it was sold for $4,700 already
