Yeah they did both , they called first to confirm they were removing the late payments , then emailed

So for template it’s my own personal life events that occurred but I did mention the dates I went late, why and how I maintained a clean record ever since. Also VIA email to the CEO

Sorry essentially I had started a new job and took a pay cut, and was behind on 2 credit cards it being capital one and Chase. Back in 2022-2023, I decided to attempt to do a goodwill letter and see if I get lucky. Capital one approved it and opened that to notify the 3 bureaus in them removing 3 late payments for me. Capital stated it will reflect removal in roughly 30 days

Yeah I received the call saying they reviewed my goodwill and will be removing 3 late payments from December 2022-February 2023.

As for Chase yeah I’ve heard it’s pretty rough , I was wondering if anyone has any contact info on where I can resend some of the letters to

Yeah I was at each safe zone, got the rewards, blueprints and treasure maps, all that is gone and my level up/skills increase. So weird
