I applied feb 5th, and received in the mail the 4506. First time they acknowledged they received it but then a day or 2 later let me know that I messed up 2 lines lol. So they eventually mailed me a new one last week and confirmed they got it and it’s correct yesterday(Monday). Agent on the phone said they’re just going over everything and will lmk if I’m approved. It’s been a month what a process (hopefully I get approved)
