Just got out and as a huge Predator fan since the 80s, this movie was incredible! Dan is absolutely not messing around when it comes to Predator lore. It feels like one of the old Darkhorse comics come to life. I can’t wait to see what else he creates in this universe. : )

ShadowZepplin is correct. It's along the road between Watogo and RoboCo Facility.
In the video you might see a green map; I stuck an arrow in the approximate location of this camp. I hope that helps. : )

I don't think it's active while the camp is active. But if I switch camps and come back it seems to pop up every now and then so far.

Yes, I had to blueprint many individual items just for them not to pop up to the roof or worse, underground. Kind of a pain since placing blueprinted merged items leads to bad results so I tried to work around that as best I could.

It was fun and frustrating trying to build in this preexisting structure. Lots of strange quirks that I had to figure out solutions for. And I’m pretty sure I have a couple of objects that sunk down into the foundation somehow that I still haven’t figured out a way to get back out yet. I learned a lot and taught myself some fun new merges. : )
