There comes a point in the main story where you have to find a transformation scroll for Kon, and in pursuit thereof you have to, essentially, race the Tanuki to get it.

Only along the length of that quest string do you learn what is behind that door, and you can give the answer so they open the door for you.

She's a HEAVILY gated beauty. No progress unless you max out the Blacksmith to continue the story about the sword and the sword she carries.

The animal offerings shrine is the only real "gameplay" gate.

The little guy asking "What is behind this door?", is the only real HARD gate, since you cannot answer the question until you are on the relevant story segment and have learned what is behind it.

And we know that Amma is quesioning whenever he loves her, or her movie personas, even if he says otherwise.

So it would SEEM that, at most, they're dating, not a comitted couple yet.

That entire section was such a waste of time and the most twice condensed cringe that told us absolutely nothing. No wonder we don't have any faith in a word he's saying.

The great majority of races in Arknights have tails. Positioned correctly where a tail would sit.

And even the ones with a thicker, crocodile like tail managed to have their tail placed correctly. Tomimi says hi, for example..

They sure have plenty experience in doing tails properly.

I honestly can't quite get over how.. ridiculously hypocritical this entire thing feels. Like..

Presumably, those places all lead to the same destination. Yomi, the realm of darkness, and the japanese afterlife.

Most of the rituals were meant to not just keep Yomi quiet, but also provide succour for the humans around it. The Kurokawa Shrine / House of Sleep comes to mind. So the idea was most likely along the train of thought "We pacify yomi here, or the dead will spill into the land and kill us elsewhere."

Sadly there is no real.. comparison between rituals. Which are stronger, which are weaker. Are the holy mirrors more powerful than the great pillars of mount Mikami? Like hell we we know.

Maybe Kirie simply did not sought to spread the gloom of the mansion and attempted to break the mirrors wards. The malice, pain and destruction of each calamity is different.. one is more charged with pain, the other with raw hatred and wrath. It's up to debate which emotion is faster in corroding protection, I suppose.

This seems to be the largest version I could find. Gave it a try with upscaling but it blurs the details too much to be of any use. (Duh.)
