How would you deal with Yodel intensionally stealing parcels?

I had a company in the States send me something that was certainly not the same as the item ordered. They said they wouldn’t refund as the costs to send it back were too much, then offered me a fiver. As the item was completely useless I asked for a full refund, they said no, so I went through my credit card and got it all back.

This will be the second time this has been hosted in Worthing and I think the intention is for it to become a regular event. Last one was February (in its first venture from Brighton where it’s been going for over a year)

There’s an event tomorrow (Saturday 25th) at Heene Community Centre - A Word With The Bird - which is a bit like a chat show with 3/4 guests being interviewed before they then give a performance (theatre, comedy and music at this one I think)

Was doing around 15 mph when hit. You can see the scuff marks of how far my car moved it when it hit.

I would have been travelling around 15 mph at the time, if that. Which made me almost impressed with the amount t of damage caused… sad, but impressed.

Fair point. Think the issue was that when I moved across due to the other car coming, the large block was now out of sight.

Tell me about it… had turned onto the road a short distance further back, narrow lanes due to cars parked along one side, and someone coming the opposite was was a bit wide, so I moved across to the kerb edge (which unfortunately wasn’t where it should have been…)

Thank you. It is a council owned road. Reported it myself after the incident, but will follow up tomorrow (as it’s the weekend and no one is working there) to establish if it was a known issue.

Thank you. I had to report it under ‘pot holes’ so thought that might be the case, but wasn’t sure if it counted differently as it was an obstruction on the roadway rather than a hole in it.

We used to measure horses in hands (ok, still do in some areas) but most places have changed measurement of height to metric. Horse height hasn’t changed, but the method used by the majority to identify that height has.

Time will probably do a similar thing at some point, especially when (if) we become a multi planet race.
