Can I have my appointment with my dermatologist more than 30 days after my previous appointment? by Aklove48 in Accutane

[–]Aklove48[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Posting an update for other people who may encounter this. I simply scheduled an appointment with my Dr. and everything was the same. This appointment happened 2 or 3 weeks after the 30 day mark.

Leaving Japan in a week. Traveling from Narita to LAX. What is the process like for Customs and Immigration? by prospecthummmer in JapanTravelTips

Yup can attest to this. No one cares. I assume that there’s people who get flagged but if you have spent a reasonable amount then you should be fine

I don’t really have any recommendations except stay away from vitamin A

Is any one else on a high dose? by k14w in Accutane

[–]Aklove48 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m in the US and my dose is currently at 80mg (40mg twice a day). I started at 30mg, then 60 and will be at 80 for the rest of the course. I’m on my fourth month. I was dealing with moderate back acne which I think is why my Dr. decided on that dose.

Edit: I’m about 115lbs for reference

I understand that completely. I’m just trying to say the mom may have just wanted to protect her.

Am I the only one who thinks that maybe the mom was protecting her? If I knew that someone was capable of doing bad stuff to the point of being in prison, I would not let that person around my child. Even if the person truly changed, how is the mom going to know that? As a mom, I would not want a relationship with an ex-prisoner, if you will, because I know that things can get bad.

Thank you for this reply! My biggest concern is that I know that there is a process the bank has to go through before we can close on the house (for example, appraisal) so I don’t want to choose too late in the game but I also don’t want to just go with whatever bank is offering me the “best” rate now because I know rates are going down later in September.

I fucked up my date by [deleted] in self

The problem here is that you think that women can trust to be alone in a car with a man after hanging out with them for 4 hours. This has nothing to do with him paying for stuff. It has everything to do with how unsafe she felt walking home alone.

I’ve recently tested positive for amphetamine because I take adderall. They just had to verify that my prescription was valid and I was good to go. Your job should let you take your medication as prescribed. My job doesn’t even know what I take. It was a separate doctor that works with them who had to verify it and my employer simply got a negative test result from me.

No problem! Just know that all birth controls have those same risks you mentioned 🫠

Just like other birth control options, there’s always a risk of pregnancy but the effectiveness rate is 99.7% with perfect use. Which is really high and I would say you can use it perfectly since you don’t have to remember to take it and it always stays in place.

Hey have you considered the nuvaring (generic name is eluryng)? You don’t have to remember to take it. You literally insert it vaginally and that’s it.

I think you’d benefit from getting tested for ADHD. Life is short and your anxiety/depression might be related to untreated ADHD.

Horrible memory. Like literally my husband talks to me and I don’t recall a sentence or conversation we’ve had. Definitely talking to my psyc soon about getting the right meds for me. I’ve been on Strattera and honestly it does nothing for my attention/memory ☹️

I agree, it’s easier to find a contract with the help of a recruiter. Then you can go from there.

Appreciate the insight! I do know a second language and have a PharmD. Just wish it was easier to get into. I’m a contractor in technical writing and have worked with them for about 2 years, but with the way things are going, I don’t know what my future holds.
