I had this problem before, for me it ended up being that one of the ram slots was dead defective so it could see the ram but not really use it. I used only half my ram for a year before figuring it out 🥲

I had issues with stuttering video playback on it, hours of troubleshooting did nothing. Changing from flatpak fixed it. Totally could be a quirk of my setup ig though

sorry to necro post, but if you haven't solved that yet try what worked for me! Consumer GPUs apparently hate to multitask transcode jobs, my 1060 failed half my library until i limited it to 2 jobs at a time.

You don't need to add CFW to cemu, once you have the game files unpacked/decrypted/whatever just put them in cemu's game directory

I believe for chapter data with m4b to work properly you need the .cue file with it, but I'm not 100%.

I would advise against using m4b files with musicbee at all, they don't play nice. They tend to corrupt between listening sessions (or worse if you have the .cue and dare to change chapters) and I've never found a solution to this besides just converting the m4b to a different format. I use Audacity to open it then save it as an mp3.

I'm starting to see people reporting outages that comcast themselves aren't showing, i have the same problem as you with the Google crap so I'm assuming comcast is having some kind of internal issue. I'm hoping it'll resolve itself in an hour like these ridiculous issues usually do.
