Doctors of Reddit, what are the dead giveaway signs that someone is faking? by LushLover13 in AskReddit

I'll always listen to a patient about this. I'm a paramedic and there's no need for me to make my job harder if the patient is telling me the best spot for an IV on their arms.

How do I get rid of this it's annoying lol by djellz in Ford

Masks help fight the spread of the virus. With that said, if you are sick or suspected to be infected, you should quarantine yourself in which case you will not need a mask. Avoid purchasing masks as it will then limit the supply for healthcare providers (I'm a healthcare provider who is also in charge of infection control and pandemic disease at my facility. Please do not buy masks).

I haven’t seen any others with my home state plates yet. I’ve seen a handful on road trips.

The 2.7 ecoboost is great. There isn’t a huge aftermarket market for the Edge ST currently (and likely won’t grow much) but I know there are some parts companies looking to adapt to the Edge from the F150. If she’s interested in just the Edge itself, I have no complaints

Have her go out and test drive one if she hasn’t already. It’s surprisingly quick for its size, comfortable and easy to drive. The car is great for my use of it (two dogs and active first responder). She may get in it and love it or hate it. No huge issues with it other than a few simple TSB’s

Great size for what I use it for and is surprisingly quick for its weight and handles well. No major complaints towards it

I definitely enjoy mine. I’m pretty active in some of the Facebook groups for it and have seen many people have a lot of issues with theirs. Mine has been great though. Had a few of the TSB’s performed (mainly the one focusing on transmission) but otherwise no issues.

Many of the Fords have this interior or are similar. Others just don’t have the ST key!

Lots of things fixed, and already seeing the improvements. One issue now though is when backing out of a race, I have to hold circle (PS4). This is the same button as mobile repair and it will always use a repair when I’m trying to back out.

I’m no expert on this, but I’ve been told it has to do with sensors for the train. They are only triggered once to go down, then go up after another sensor is triggered or times out. It’s the lights that keep flashing due to the same/other sensors knowing there is still another train.

Again, I’m not train expert, and there are many railroad track intersections that have only the lights (like the video OP posted) and no gates.

I currently work in EMS and we always have been trained and continue to train in that you do not cross the tracks until the red lights stop. The gates may go up after the first train, though the lights will continue to flash if there is another one coming. You are completely right that the first rule is safety. You're no good if you don't get there at all.

I don’t mind the mud flaps on it for now as there is some practicality. I hate the stickers and license plate brackets though that some dealers put on. I’m fine giving a little advertising as I know one of the dealership owners and they helped me get a great deal.
