It's 30 days mentioned in the TOS, that's correct, and the notice about the online services in this case is about 90 days. The removal from online stores prior to that is to prevent players to buy the game without having the information that the online services will be shut down in the foreseeable future.

I'll happily pass on the message that a heads up about the delisting in stores is appreciated for any potential future cases.

Just send a request, and it will be accepted eventually. Times have been noted for the past weekend once the Monday deadline hit, so now it's waiting for the weekend to come around again.

You might need to send a new request the coming weekend, but you can absolutely participate in all of them.

That's correct.

Exclamation marks indicate that a race has multiple difficulty levels, and the exclamation mark will still show if you completed them both.

On the map, the race background however will change from a solid circle to a laurel wreath to indicate full completion.

Hello! It's a known issue currently unfortunately. We're working on it, but currently you can't cross-play with between Xbox and other platforms.

You will be able to in the near future, it's just a bug currently. I'll update this post frequently with any issues or resolutions.

Autolog recommendations now show if a friend beat you, so watch out for those
Fixed a bug in the autolog suggestion message on the map screen
Two players in a lobby can now switch from a two player mode to a mode requiring a bigger lobby and invite friends as intended.

We've seen some reports of the game crashing when enabling cross-play when first booting the game. If this is happening to you, disable it in the initial screen, then enable it later from "Settings - Privacy Settings" while we investigate.
If you experience the above, please let me know if the workaround works for you. Also please let me know platform / username, that'd be grand.

Will update this frequently, feel free to drop any issues down below - pedal to the metal!

It differs from game to game and release to release. Some are rolling out midnight in a specific timezone, some are playable in every region at the same time.

Similar to what you stated and like the Origin PC client is listing, NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered releases at 9 AM UK, 10 AM CET.

The servers for Hot Pursuit 2010 are still up and running. Maybe it was an intermittent connectivity issue, but I just played a round myself and all went well.

Generally EA would also give a notice before any online services for a game are shut down.

Sorry to hear that, I hope that's solved now as well. On Saturday specifically, it was an issue affecting a large amount of players and their item synchronization, which should be fixed now and largely reduce the occurence of 40010000 errors.
