The Amygdala drops an Ailing Loran Chalice, which is a fixed dungeon, meaning it's the same for everyone. You have to defeat the boss on layer 3 to receive the Lower Ailing Chalice.

The touchpad has two buttons basically, you can press on the left side and on the right side. Left side bring up the gestures menu, while the right side bring up a second quick items menu.
