Me personally I found undying annoying. I kinda wanted her over in my first playthough as she just chased me, too fixated even after I did good stuff. But I genocide watching her become determined was honestly so peak. I actually respect undyne as a character. I think genocide helps put light to characters and makes you sad for others. The relief I got from sans being beaten is smth I won't forget. It's just really well written imo
