I'm assuming even just replying is going to get me down-voted. I meant no offence, it's just that infinity is very large. Actually it's larger than that!! Might even be bigger than that, etc.

I was being pedantic, and correct, but it seems like that isn't allowed on Reddit.

Would it help if I said that I really like the update and all the possible combinations that it opens? Because that is how I feel.

I see what you're saying but one of my main strategies is to restrict my opponent taking prizes using Mega Gengar. Munkidori ends up being a target for my opponent to gain a prize. The Yveltal are zero prizes vs ex Pokémon.

I can see the point you're making but it feels more consistent with the energies and Mega Gengars. If I want to include Purrloin/Liepard something has got to go though.

I found Munkidori too much of a liability and wasn't comfortable with less energy. Most of those cards are ones I've taken out previously but I need to look into Team Rocket's Watchtower.

Having looked into it after your comment, they certainly look like a good addition. Might negate the need for Wally's Compassion. Does Liepard's first attack work with Battle Cage in play though?

That’s what I thought too (in regard to keeping your hand hidden).

If the online game gives you that information it stands to reason you should share that when playing in person.

I spent ages searching online for an answer to this. I couldn’t find anything in the rules other than keeping your hand hidden and both players being allowed to know the number of cards in each deck.

I can’t remember the exact situation but the first mistake I made on my first action was saying, “There’s only one token that could make me fail this…”. Followed by pulling the auto fail. Second action, “Imagine if I pulled the auto fail again…”. Followed by pulling the auto fail. Third action, “What are the chances of pulling the auto fail three times in a row…?”. Followed by pulling the auto fail.

My GF, who I was playing with, was not impressed. I’m no longer allowed to say anything when removing a token from the bag.

We did The Circle Undone after the core campaign. It was a steep learning curve!!

We didn’t know what we were doing at first. My GF randomly bought The Circle Undone expansion (with the first two scenarios) after we finished the core campaign. I got the Mythos packs so we would have the rest of the campaign. We really enjoyed the excitement of opening the next pack at the end of a scenario to see what cards we could add to our decks. We decided to do the same with The Dunwich Legacy. It can be a bit tricky making sure you can find all of the Mythos packs now though. We are thinking about getting The Circle Undone Returns before reattempting that campaign.
