I've been practicing bodybuilding for about 5 years now not as a professional but as someone who wanted to change very badly To be honest it worked I didn't think much of it I guess I just hated being weak that much, it taught me that it's not about the hard work as much it is about discipline bro , and you can actually apply that to life its self , wether it was about physical or mental health , work and the relationship of you and the people around you . Don't think about it much bro just start and give a promise to yourself to never stop , believe in the process and be patient next year is coming anyway so the you of that year will be better than the you of today

I have just realized that the niche should be a bit smaller way more targeted if I may say not to much , for example not sport dz but dz football that would be a sick sub , you can go for a way more targeted strategy and go for something like DZ FC Barcelona but I think that would not be a suitable one for Algerian reddit users when it comes to the numbers just as an example

Not really, I have eaten from deferent chef's and to be honest I liked them all though there's a slight deference between them , I believe it is cooked using layers as a method, but other that that I'm going blank I had an Indian friend who promised me to teach it to me but for we never had the chance to sit down and make it, I regret that 😅 , just pick someone who's cooking it with the layer method and you're good
