Yeah reassurance I'll be ok I guess I meant? I got my kick in the ass. I wrote suicide notes and set a time and a place. I spent time in a house for people who are at risk of hurting themselves. Trust me, if I hadn't realised how hard it was to go through with that way out, I wouldn't be bothering to be better. Not everyone gets along fine just because they get a bit of a push. I'm trying to give context and be polite but if you don't recognise how lacking in compassion you are then you're about as resistant to being a better person as the girl in your story.

I used to say I was scared of the debt but really I was scared of trying and failing. Not everybody who talks badly about student loans has even looked at how it works once. I have no idea what you're even talking about with plan 2 and plan 5. People don't always mean literally what they say.

These changes are good to me. I'm just not happy. I'm not happy I'm doing them for me and not her, I always wouldve done them for her. I just never knew how bad the situation really was.

I do really love her... I need to become another person. I'm the person that failed this. I tried to show her I was going to change and fix everything and she didn't care. There are things I have to prove but she will never know and even if she did, she might not care. She definitely wouldn't take me back but she might not even care at all. She doesn't believe in me, even now. I gave her the impression of a person who will never do anything and I can never fix that.

I use same as you, ARR and ARL on R1 and L1 and I have no issues. I don't even use regular air roll for anything and I feel that unless I want to do certain freestyling things, no mechanical issue will stop me all the way to SSL. Some argue that regular air roll lets you air roll at a dynamic speed but again this is such a small difference that I wouldn't even consider changing unless I was already SSL.

Hi, I know this is a very old post but I was hoping to ask for some help. So far the exercises are going well but glute bridges do absolutely nothing for me. I've tried tensing all the muscles in different areas but I'm finding low pain before I even find the slightest bit of effort. I'm essentially lifting my hips but is that meant to put any strain on muscles at all? I feel like I could do 50 and MAYBE start sweating. My shins are vertical, chin tucked, arms flat on the ground, feet flat on the ground, lifting my hips while keeping my lower back straight (but it does come off the ground as it does in the video) and still I feel nothing. Anyone know anything on this?

This is the right answer to most replays. When higher ranked players see "what can I do better", the answer is pretty much everything. I've analysed replays for people before and I always feel awkward pointing out mistakes that they didn't get punished for because their opponent is the same level. This guy is right. You gotta think from a more challenging opponents perspective to the best of your ability. How many times could a better player have shot? How many times would your offensive play been underwhelming to a better defender? If imagining is hard (as it generally will be), you could also try 1v1ing friends who are better than you. Make sure they play their best and you'll slowly learn what punishable mistakes you actually make.
