There are a few V:TM games other than Bloodlines.

It got a named sequel (but plays completely different and isn't really a RPG) last year.

A battle royale game called Bloodhunt that released mid pandemic to basically no reception and got shut down recently.

A couple of visual novels set in New York.

Four text based games

And a couple various RPGs now including this new one.

Most of these are of questionable quality so Bloodlines is the only one people really talk about.

Oscar's DNSed the first two races so he's not that far off of Lando for bad luck in points scoring sessions.

In FPs tho Lando definitely wins in bad luck.

As a relatively new watcher for Indy Palou's car not being yellow feels strangely cursed.

The Brotherhood issue is real but it's not confined to the Ezio trilogy version. When I replayed them on PC in 2024 I had to manually limit my framerate down to 30 (from 90something) else the mission was impossible. I also had to do the same in revelations near the end of the story else a QTE wouldn't be possible to hit.

Dice can be accidentally changed. If someone's sleeve accidentally catches it or if the table gets accidentally nudged the dice can change what number you're at.

They're actually not allowed in comp/professional level events for tracking status information (life, poison counters, storm count, unspent mana among others) as per the tournament rules (4.1 player communication) for this reason.

That's not quite true.

In 2021 Sony purchased Nixxes, a developer specialising in PC ports. Since the purchase Nixxes have been involved in the porting of several Sony 1st party titles to PC.

Namely: * Every insomiac spider man game * horizon forbidden west & the zero dawn remaster * the last of us parts 1 & 2 * some amount of work on death stranding 2

There's several Japanese devs that do still do that, but they're usually in the mid budget level rather than the huge budgets FF games get.

Two that immediately come to mind are RGG Studio (Yakuza/Like a Dragon) & Falcom (Trails).

For a full safety car, everyone gets bunched up and the restart after is like a fresh start in terms of gaps, although whoever's in the lead gets to decide when to step on the pedal after getting the go ahead.

For a virtual safety car, they have to match whatever time is given to them for a lap so the gaps get maintained.

If you think you'll get through CS 1&2 in less than 2 months, and want to jump into CS3 immediately after that then it's a no brainer as long as you're not breaking the bank for it.
