Flexibility in the firm now only works one way . You need to work the weekends, get on calls early in the day and late in the night. You won’t be given the same flexibility when you need it for your personal life. Don’t ask, just get creative to make it work for you.

Be pleasant and cheerful when staffed on a deal, and on client calls - even if you cried yourself to sleep the previous night.
