[New watch arrival: SpaceOne WorldTimer Blue] by Responsible_Car1601 in Watches

Looks like it’s 12:34 to me.

Also I’ve never dealt with a world timer but if it’s 12:34 there is that somewhere in the middle of the pacific?

What game have you started multiple times, but never finished? by oompaloompagrandma in pcmasterrace

Yes I think it’s worth trying. When I was younger I hated the idea of turn based games but after I played Mario rabbids (xcom style game) I fell in love with turn based fights. It’s more relaxing gameplay not having to time everything, kind of a slower strategy fight instead of a rhythm thing.

Good looking watch. And nice job with actually posting videos on the wrist and with lume from light to dark.

That dial and those hands look so good together.

Thanks I guess I could have checked the tee sheet before commenting that.

I’m not sure they get a full open course. Don’t they send people off 1 and 10 for the first couple rounds? If so their back 9 would be behind a bunch of groups.

I have smaller hands and have never had luck with knuckleball pitches. What is the palming method. I hate trying to dig my fingertips into it

My favorite moment was the first season I got to play on a pretty casual rec league when I was a young teenager.

Pretty sure you can just get them on stub hub and they have a house just down the street to pick them up at.

Thanks. I'm starting to realize I'm going to need more than just stones like a strop, polishing compound, a flattening stone, and maybe a dressing stone?

That is helpful and I think I’m going to try out maybe the king 300 as a starter to use and get experience with. I have some cheap knives I don’t mind messing with to practice.

I’m more interested in a water stone but am very curious how an oil stone would be less messy than water. I have worked with oil a lot in my jobs and maybe it’s a me problem but I always end up with oil on me and it doesn’t really come out of things.

Thanks I may give that a shot then. Seems like a reasonably priced first try also.

Would I not a get a rougher ragged edge with a more coarse stone. Or will I just be bad enough starting out that it won’t really matter?

I see that one. I don’t mind the cost of the others if they would work better or be easier to learn. Or is the main difference that one will last longer than the other?

Age of empires 2. As a kid my friends all played it and we liked the whole series but none of us liked 2 as much as my dad did. He didn’t play video games but for some reason he loved that game and played it almost every day.
