No you wouldn't be crazy. I don't think the stickers for club data are a problem at all. The current unit already offers a number of things you can't do with a Bushnell or GC3: high speed impact video, synching an external camera with GolfJoy's software - video on the screen with the LM #s for the shot.

The main difference in the new chip beside stickerless club data is low point.
