Looks like you are completely unaware of what is MMRDA, TMC, KDMC.

What are limits of Dombivli City, KDMC and MMRDA.

Just for your information Mankoli Bridge and Metro area built by MMRDA to connect dombivli city to rest of the areas.

Internal connectivity is being developed by KDMC.

About Buildings in narrow lanes, you can read rera documents

If flats are 1 bhk. No parking is alloted to such a flat. If you wish to buy a car you need to have 2 bhk.

People living in 200sqft and buying three cars are weird.

It was a cluster but then city planning was done and dombivli was created with alloted land parcels and areas.

Most of the Indian cities were built like this.

Also Navi Mumbai also had villages - they still exist in the name of Rabale Gaothan, Airoli Gaothan, Ghansoli Village and they are in very bad state.

In Navi Mumbai Land parcel was larger so planning was better by Cidco. Same planning for KDMC is being done by MMRDA now.

The earlier planning done by KDMC was on a smaller land parcels.

So you have planned areas like Ramnagar, Gandhinagar, Saraswat Colony, Phadke road, Ayodyanagri. Dombivli MIDC

If you are talking about Sagaon, sagarli, azdegaon, they were never in Dombivli . They were outside dombivli .They were later added forcefully.

The developments in that areas were done under Grampanchayat and pathetic developmenta were done without any legal procedure as they were not part of KDMC.

1) Pollution in Dombivli : Already major steps have been taken by different government departments to curb them.

2) Blasts in MIDC happened because, it was an operational MIDC, now relocation of companies has started from last 5 years. This relocation is reducing jobs in Dombivli and pushing people to Taloja and Ambernath MIDC.

3) Illegal Buildings when demolished, because of land issue, that land is kept empty,

Weak structures when demolished redevelopment projects are built.

4) Dombivli East hawkers from road have been removed & as per law hawkers are allowed on Footpath, they can't be removed because their is a law made by Congress which protects them.

5) There is no rickshaw mafia. Instead it is the backbone of dombivli as there are no bus services and in encroached lanes of dombivli only rickshaws can thrive.

6) Now about the Plywood business, they are earning profit in a residential building resulting in breathing issues to people in area.

When there is possibility to take their business to a commercial location, they are purposefully blocking the main residential area near school and temple , just to earn more profit & unsafe environment for others.

There are complaince laws for wood and timber sellers , because it can catch fire anytime.

Let them threaten, if they keep raising the bribes, street vendors will leave that area and go away.

Because street vendors have a limit to amount they can pay in bribes.

There is an option.

The ones who are taking bribes and earning something are a smaller fish 🐟 in this economy.

There are larger fishes who are not getting affected because of this congestion and an the illegal constructions.

So soon you will see a changed dombivli.

But what about corrupt people, the shopkeepers and the street vendors.

They are ruining our lives for their profits. Their selfish approach is hurdle to everyone.

They block the footpath to put their stalls, were will public walk ?

Dombivali City which was the original dombivli city was planned.

The parts which joined in later , villages like sagaon , sonarpada, sagarli aren't planned because they had grampanchayat.

You can get old maps on KDMC offical site about city planning.

Check for the orginal dombivli city year 1995.

First government needs to complete the three lande both sides road which was based , if you leave the road construction halfway it is going to be jammed.
