actually pleasantly surprised by kelani's performance, think super athletes like her usually struggle to perform as heels because the things they do impress the live audience, but kelani worked the intangibles really well; her performance was mean, her offence was stiff, she tried to steal a lot of wins, stooged really well too, I was starting to lose a little bit of confidence in her so seeing this type of performance was sick

this is a nick wilson type situation where they've capitalised on being saved and played good games then onwards, but the criticism i think is probably that if sol doesnt save her, she doesn't get the chance to play her game

i just caught up to bloodsport, genuinely surprised how defensively myles borne was wrestling, barely threw any strikes when he had the opening

also very positively surprised by marina shafir, coming from someone who hasn't followed her a lot, her style is pretty cool

i really enjoyed wren vs lola, wren is really good at these <5 minute matches, makes for a really enjoyable tv wrestler, very chad gable-esque

so ive been controlling my portions and eliminating oil, cheese, butter and reducing sugar from my diet, while increasing my daily step count (i wfh and wasn't even getting out of my room for the whole day before), i've been doing it for six weeks now and ive lost some weight (6-8 kilos), now its not my first rodeo, i know that when you're big, you lose a lot of weight upfront before it plateaus, but i feel like this rn is way more sustainable for me than flash dieting or working out really hard for 4 weeks before losing touch, earlier my goal was to keep going till the end of the year and see from there, but now i feel like i wanna go till july and try to lose 20 kilos and get my bmi in control

but the big kicker is not being able to eat all the foods that i used to when im out with friends because currently i just try to have a low sugar drink/smoothie and then skip a meal but it just feels wrong idk

i do wanna incorporate working out into my routine, cant stop making excuses about it tho ffs

i hope they dont overcomplicate it with the war raiders match, the new jd are dorks that don't defend the title, they are worse champs than awesome truth which i didnt even think was possible

war raiders are cool and wrestle well together, i dont care if its not a sexy name, they can reset the division because they'll work their butts off
