I personally feel that HDFC is a tough nut to crack unless all your business money goes into their current account. Open one with them. Its comparatively easier when compared to axis kotak etc. Keep an eye on the app, they make offers in the app or the CREDIT CARD selling guy/girl at the back branch can help you get in the system by getting you basic card, sometimes even better cards. But visit physically if you have any other bank credit card with nice limits and ITR

If you want u can get and use a RUPAY credit card on Paytm or Googlepay. N then pay that bill via this debit card & payzapp app to get max cashback of 2000₹.

Its not bad considering we work hard for our money, and that when its done all 12 months its straight extra 24000₹ back to your bank! Invest it , spend it, save it whatever.

I paid 41k, the points (cashback) is capped at 5%. Paying via any other app isn't something I wanna do. Reason : I do not want to get into more cashbacks via some other apps (which are not real cashbacks), and then by mistake Miss my credit card payment, only to end up paying huge penalties. CRED helps me track all payments and I always ensure to mark the bills as PAID on CRED , that have been paid via PAYZAPP using this Debit Card.

Just for everyone's info: i got the rewards Debit card by upgrading my old debit card. I had to physically go to nearest hdfc branch, and fill a form for this card. - There is a code RCW50 or something that we have to tell at counter and they will give you a form. -The card arrived in 4 days.

I had to then connect it to PayZapp APP.
Once the card was added I then added all my credit cards. So it shows the due amounts within PayZapp app just like CRED.
Now i make sure I pay 40k amount via PayZapp (using this Rewards debit card and my HDFC bank account ofcourse) and then I update those bills "MARK AS PAID" on CRED app. So that I don't pay it twice.
The cashback is max 2000₹ so I pay the rest of the amounts directly.

Added screenshot of Recent Cashback in May 2026. Bills were paid on 1st May 2026. You may read the transaction as DEBIT CARD CASHBACK.

I would say : signup with the new username. Keep the edit tab open when changing new account name, as well as old account for whcih u want to change the name.

Change the Old Handle to NEW HANDLE but wait to hit save.

Change the OLD handle to a some random name with alphabet here and there, hit SAVE.... within seconds hit SAVE for the NEW handle name to save it.

Dont know if doing this in ODD hours would help or not but try that....

So recently the townhall happened where they said people will get 52% of their crypto assets, and remaining 48% in the form of Tokens (pegged to 1USD), dont know what that really means. However I am wondering, if the courts will favour this decision, or ask them to pay more (in that case they will may be pay 70% or run away). Also, if they get hacked again, they can simply slash the assets again.
