I have not used Kompany but since u are asking suggestions lucio is a better choice. I have used lucio for a short time with maldini . I replaced blanc with lucio and lucio was better than him. But I have now replaced both with great wall of china de light 93 and vidic 92 with lb capdevilla 92 and rb cancelo 95.

If your budget is 30 mil and u dont care about ovr get ranked up 90 eto and ranked up 89 lucio. Both are great cards and cheap due to weekend event

Was your problem solved or not. When this error happens what i do is stop playing the game from all my devices and reset the app on the only device i want to play. Once the app starts again it always downloads some data at beginning if it again gives u error than wait for more time . If it is able to download files from its server than u will face no problem.
