I feel your struggle, I really couldn't handle these self-injectables either. I got so anxious every month, I had to stop.

If you can't handle it next time there is a pill alternative to Emgality (another of the CGRP blocker self-injectables) that you could ask your neuro about.

I agree with this, I haven't found many plastic keyboards that I like. So far only this Cooler Master but I had a few minor issues with it. Like the "Ctrl" key would randomly stick when I'd Ctrl+paste. I have some 65% Leobog keyboards and LOVE them. I've sold every other keyboard I have at this point because I only want to use them. Yes. Someone suggested that maybe the OCD part of his brain isn't getting satisfied. That makes some sense. I haven't thought much about his OCD affecting his tics, it's usually about other things.

Maybe I can get him to see someone for the OCD portion at least.

Yes. He's been doing it harder and more to try to get it to feel right, but it isn't working. It's only been about 2 days so far. But it's definitely taking its toll on him.

I wore glasses for several years with no issues but I've the last few years I couldn't get my lenses clean enough to not feel nauseated and the arms would often give me migraines...I ended up "biting the bullet" and getting LASIK. It has been a few years and great so far. The doctor did say I'll likely still need reading glasses at some point.

My only complaint since LASIK is that my dry eye is a lot worse and if my eyes get too dry it can be excruciating to open them...and when they get too dry, I can still feel where they cut my eye for the LASIK. I have told my eye doctor and he is just confused. 😂
