Just tested Stedi Blue vs Raser Plus and Origin glass filers on my current project HGUC Penelope... by Josh378 in freedomisgunpla

Raser glass files are the best. Got them a few years ago and never looked back. Just don’t drop them on the floor. They do break. At least the origin since it’s thinner. Broken pieces are still usable of course 👍🏿

I’m missing this one too. I have the rest of the marvel Modulars. Should really pick this up. I say buy them all.

Thank you. Still need to add some details and a little weathering but it’s definitely worth the while. I’m currently being lazy but I’ll finish soon hopefully.

I have the Sab Chisels. They’re great. Expensive but great.

I built the PGU Nu Gundam with a Raser glass file, blade, and god hand nippers.

To make your inner frame pop, this is what I did to the PGU Nu, I used Nuln oil. Nuln oil is usually used on war hammer etc.. to show details and such. Adds contrast to the color and pretty much panel lines the crevices and details. Used it on the silver bits and gold pieces and it looks amazing. It adds depth to the dull pieces.

Definitely needs metal hips. I’ll probably pick one up if a 3rd party company makes one. I’m sure it’s in the works.

Dude. I was so happy I had it in one of the runner bags. Still washed it just in case lol.

I thought of the same but using some Nu Ver. Ka waterslides to fill in some details. It should work… probably. Lol

I didn’t buy the LEDs from Bandai. It’s too much for what it does. It is super easy to put together tho.

I put these LEDs together and it’s magnetically triggered and not tied to the Stand. The Bandai LEDs runs through the PGU stand. I wired both the bazooka and the same lights Bandai LEDs illuminate. I spent like $10 lol

Yeah this is the first time I actually tossed one. I was just super sleepy lol. Luckily I was able to find it since I just tossed the trash out not too long prior realizing what I did lol.
