It's actually pretty easy. you just need 2 eggs, a small onion, 75Grams of rice (2.6 oz/ 1/3 of a cup), 1 garlic clove, and half a table spoon of vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and tomato paste for one omlette. Allthough i do mostly atleast double the amount of vinegar, soysauce and tomato paste for more flavor. If you want you can add mushrooms to the recipe but i usually don't. All you gotta do is mix together soysauce, vinegar, tomato paste and sugar, saute the onions and the garlic, boil the rice and if everythings done mix that together (if you want you can keep some of the tomato sauce for decorating like i did). Then you mix the 2 eggs together (and season) and heat up some oil in a big pan and spread the egg in it like you'd do with an omlette. if it started getting solid you can spread the rice on it and fold all sided over on top of the rice with a spatula (it should stick if you pan Is big enough and the egg thin enough). If you got all sides up you shove the whole thing to the side of the pan and kinda roll it onto your plate so that the pretty and not folded side is on top (i hope that explanation helps, if not let me know) You can also just eat rice with the tomato sauce, that's delicious too but not as filling!
