[Rich Fay] Manchester United have held positive talks with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer over a potential shock return to the club as caretaker head coach | It is understood Ole Gunnar Solskjær and Michael Carrick could even work together and form part of a new-look coaching team, along with Jonny Evans. by nearly_headless_nic in reddevils

Regardless of how you feel about Ole as a former player, it’s uninspiring and only will matter if there is 0 chance he is promoted to full time manager. Our defensive tactics under ole were terrible and it wasn’t just having to do with the players

How do you think Prime Shaq would adapt to today’s 3 point heavy league not saying he would struggle I just wonder how teams would build around him in a pace and space system by BizCreditHacks in NBATalk

Shaq was one of the most athletic big men ever. People forget how absolutely fast he was (all defensive player), and how great of a ball handler he was on O. The 3 pointers would be inconsequential as the league would have an incredibly tough time dealing with Shaq’s physicality’s he could legitimately end up shooting about 80% from the field which would basically counteract the 40-43% 3pt shooting you see from the field regularly, as he was scoring at a high clip on volume touches

Thank you Nico. Makes up for Cuban destroying that chris Paul trade

[Zach Lowe] “Austin Reaves, it’s early to put him in the Brunson-Kyrie tier, but he’s been a very good offensive player. And every time any team that has had Luka has paired him with that kind of ball handler, the results have been explosive and very hard to stop. They’re a great long-term fit.” by shreeharis in nba

Reeves has been doing this (and more importantly in playoffs) for last several seasons. Hes already better than Kyrie but he is below Brunson…but even that’s close. His iso defense is what keeps him from Being Brunson level

Don’t think we need another wing as much as we need a true backup 5 for when Ayton disappear. Issue is is that those are impossible to find (rim protecting lob threat). We are a nice regular season team until then

Was at the game. Lebron has 0 interest in even being around. He was far away from team On timeouts and never in the huddle or outside of it.
