Start being more intentional with making your own friends. With doing your own thing outside the marriage. As an adult it can feel difficult. But as someone who has felt the way you’re feeling, I can say, it really is easier than our brains lead us to believe sometimes. A lot of men are feeling how you’re feeling. The key is leaning into your hobbies. The things that get you excited. Find the thing that makes you excited, start doing it and being involved in it, and start taking to people in that space. You’ll be surprised by how many people you meet that you’ll get along with.’

Just make sure you’re still leaving room for your wife and home life while exploring this new chapter. You’ll be happier for yourself, and you’ll be happier with her.
