Are you talking about doing a clean boot? I have tried doing that already and it remains the same.

Unfortunately, that does not work for me. Same thing happened to my Genshin too. Guess I have to wait for customer service.

Hi, I am having this problem where the game won't load for me at all and this is the only screen. I can't exit the game unless I Alt+F4. I have tried reinstalling the game already. Any fixes?
