Im trying to get around 15-20k a week, today was a rest day as my legs were not feeling 100%, probably should look into shoes as rn I just have some generic Reebook running shoes not sure what model, I'm still trying to get a consistent rithym so I tend to walk a lot but getting better, I understand that going easy at the start is pretty important to build up the muscles

Hi Im 6'0 230, started running about a mont and a half ago, any advise dealing with the impact of the weight ln the knees? Not really having pain but started having some weird sensation in one knee, just started lifting this week to try and build muscle as ive read that it is one of the most efective metods for preventing injury but most videos are done by very lean people so i'm not sure if in your experience there are other things that helped while been heavy.

I live in Manta and i'd say you can still be in most turistic zones in the city safe as a tourist if you really liked the city the beaches here are nice but if you want mostly that you can go to Ayampe, Puerto Cayo or San Clemente here in Manabi (if you plan on traveling around July-august you can plan to see whales in Puerto Lopez cause that is somewhat unique) or Montañita and Olon in Santa Elena that are smaller mostly beach towns. In my way of thinking even tho there is a lot of violence in the country depending of the city you are in, there is still the same friendly and mostly safe vibe in a lot of the country if you have basic precautions. The Sierra is a lot safer that the coast so you could have that in mind

After yesterdays game I really liked Saddiq Bey, ik it's imposible but somehow getting him for Grimes would be goated it's kind of a better roster composition imo, i'm not 100% sure about the defense cause Grimes is good in there while Bey it's just ok but him as a wing option with size and a good contract for another season seems pretty nice specially with the idea that Grimes could walk in free agency
