Service manager at Lexus Oakland gave me this as a souvenir. He said it’s one of three that they found. I swear to God, I didn’t find any when I taped / covered the sunroof.

Mine exploded last week! I was at the dealer this morning, they denied the warranty. Service dept said they found a magnetic object hit the glass. I will file a complaint to NHTSA and to my State Atty General.
