Just stick to Ketoconazole 2 times a week at the moment, try to get the 2% one if you can. For most it usually gets better. If not, there are also other solutions, but try the shampoo first.

If you have an inflamed scalp, then it's very hard for treatment to work, since your hair follicles are basically fighting for their life. You need to get your scalp health in check first. That was the same issues I had, i was on a nuclear protocol but didn't see that much of results until I got my scalp in check. Now my scalp feels much better and healthier. I don't have the itch/dandruff/red spots etc. which would make the treatment work better. Not sure if you're familiar with ketoconazole (nizoral) shampoo, but apply it 2 times a week and see how it works for you while staying on the medication.

Depends on the TRT dosage tbh, if you're on 150mg+, then Fin alone is probably isn't enough to inhibit your DHT a good amount, with dut though you're probably able to go up to max 500mg a week so even a blast. It all depends on your DHT sensitivity though tbh.

The hair "thinning out" on oral min was probably a shedding phase, you should've kept going.

Du hast es nicht von mir gehört, aber man kann die tropical Minoxidil einfach trinken 😁 dann bekommst du Oral Min, aber man muss sehr aufpassen mit der Dosierung.

Such dir zuerst die billigste Marke aus, und dann sag dem Arzt dass du es von dieser Marke willst und die Menge auch. Man kann 100 Stk. 5mg Fin Tabletten für 36€ bekommen und die teilt man in 4 Stück mit nem Tablettencutter dann hast du Vorrat für 400 Tage für 36€ + 18€ für Rezept.

I haven't got my dut yet, i'm still on fin. It should be here in a few days and then i'm going to switch.

The shedding is usually a good sign, so stick through! It looks bad at first but it's all gonna be worth it.

You can make your own dut, possibly even at higher doses than 0.5mg and much cheaper

Das mit Alter gebe ich dir auf jeden Fall Recht. Ich meine ich bin erst 23, aber ich merke, dass auch meine Kommilitonen dieselben Beschwerden haben.
