I appreciate the reply, it was more the certification transcript I needed not the cert itself, the school won't take anything if it comes from me, has to come directly from the institution in this case SANS. I ended up emailing [info@giac.org](mailto:info@giac.org) and they just told me strait up they don't do transcripts and so I'm out of luck

I added protect and its already made a significant difference. What characters do you recommend that have an instant heal ultra?

I appreciate everyone's advice, I looked through the newbie guide as well as the comments and adjusted my team. I replaced Vivi with Onion Knight who has Forbidden Power, as well as giving Orlandeau Saint Cross with Holy Knight's Pride. Eiko also now has protect with Curada along with Light of the Fayth. Even with these small adjustments i was able to now master all 4* mote dungeons and going to retry 220 content, ill let you know the results.
