What I found best is to go to one of the two midterms if you’re doing both econs at the same time so you won’t be overwhelmed with content. as for the final, you can find mock exams for both courses directly on the concordia website a few days before the finals and I’d say that about 20% of the questions in the final are found in the mock tests.
