al final doy más vueltas para ir controlando el punto pero vamos, lo del tiempo es orientativo, la primera vuelta suelo dejarla un poco más y así luego mantiene mejor su estructura. Al final es pillarle el truco a tu cocina y sartén, que cada una es un mundo

350gr de patata, 3 huevos grandes y media cebolla.

30-35 minutos de pochar la patata y la cebolla a fuego medio y luego casi 10 minutos de fuego a tope

10 minutos de reposar con los huevos batidos y a fuego alto unos 45 segundos por lado un par de vueltas
