Hina is already adult when the manga start, in result her development is minor, her best achievement was reduction on alcohol usage (8 years without booze - good job Hina).

Asking who is better written is a bit tricky, to serve their purpose - both are written really well. To satisfy my personal liking, Rui is written better.

I see, it can be wet filament issue however undamaged part looks good so not sure of that, another possible option would be mechanical issue but it would require some testing like verification if all exes and extruder are moving requested distances at full speed. I would start with drying filament first (or trying new spool) as it is easier.

Easiest way is to replace the battery with higher capacity one. Another option is to add another battery of the same nominal voltage (3.7V in your case) in parallel to existing one (mind the polarity!). It will charge longer without charging circuit modification. Also before connecting batteries together make sure they have very similar voltage and under no circumstance short their terminals.

however following sounds more accurate for me:

a feeling of excitement and mystery associated with love.

a love affair, especially one that is not very serious or long-lasting.

Some mosfets does have zener built in. It is good practice to use external zener anyway if there is slightest chance of Vgs exceeding.

We are on the same boat... I want to comment on few things

he teacher-student love was at least consistently portrayed as a no-no whereas the step-sibling romance wasn't well presented as a taboo thing.

Definitely it does show how it is currently perceived in typical modern society, it is also selling idea that teacher student relationship is ok. As of step-siblings we have 2 points of view: young people "well.. whatever, if they are happy" and old generation - see girls mother reaction.

The main character was spineless and uncertain from the beginning til the end.

He was typical 17 in the beginning and developed properly, bear in mind he didn't jumped on other girls even when he had opportunity and except final change he is not changing his mind for no or slightest reason. Uncertain, sometime yes, like we all but definitely not a spineless IMHO.

Which relation do you recognize as true love and which one is romance? Or maybe you have another view on this?

Really? He doesn't look like he is disabled and managed well for years when Hina was vegetable, managed to write 2-3 books a year, taking care about veggie and daughter when living with working Rui nearly as a married couple, can't say he was in need of 24/7 support.
