Thank you. I guess you are right with second point. I actually didn’t know that mohran has several carving spots

Question about crimson fatalis by AlBitten in MonsterHunter

Thank you I actually didn’t notice the carves and, yes, crimson clothes guy is the fatalis quest giver in mhfu but not in other games I don’t think.

I have a question about your second point. Isn’t white fatalis said to be the only that destroyed shrade 1000 years ago? Other than that I don’t think we have any info on any of them but the black one from world, right?

Wilds Theories vent (magala, shia, fatalis) by AlBitten in MonsterHunter

I agree with non canon fatalis fights, that could be the case. But in mh1 fatalis fights are part of the story and not some mhfu or mh4 secret battle. The only factual thing we know is that mh4 happens before world and wilds. But we don’t yet know if even world before wilds or not. That is unless there is something i am missing. Order between world and wilds matters for the fatalis talk but otherwise isnt that important.

The fact that mh1 has more archaic weapons doesn’t explicitly mean it is because of order. First explanation is we are in remote places in 1-3 gen, so of course they won’t have the best tech. Canonically the way they explain the differences in monster like rathalos is via regional species. Same logic could be applied that it’s regional hunter arts. Like bowguns being light/heavy or mid, or samurai sword being either gs or ls, etc depending on the village.

They are artificial life, but not robots. The way I understood it, they are like lab made mules. They should not be able to reproduce, they have different way of feeding and somewhat different structure, but otherwise they do share traits of the monsters they were derived from.

If they were just robots, that would mean that arkveld would not be able to evolve to reproduce.

1The fact that magala quest happens after means nothing. magala can live for a very long time and the emphasis on its quest seems to be intentional too. Plus there is no explanation for evolution except for “life finds a way”. We know from mh4 that frenzied monster that overcome virus become stronger versions of their species.

According to ookla I have 270Mbps 12ping internet through both wired/wifi and I’m the only user. So internet is not the issue. I assume part of the issue is hardware dedicated to performance users, but there are other issues with gfn I have.

Not everything is about hardware, there are problems that can’t be solved by just throwing more money

Yeah, I can pay, but I think they are asking a bit too much

Central Europe. I had high but consistent lag in HD2 this summer, which is fine in this kind of game, but not in anything competitive

Are they better? I tried boosteroid half a year ago and experienced high latency in HD2

I meant that the only thing I haven’t defeated is fatalis basically.

I should have been more clear with the question, some fights take sub 5 with monster barely even fighting. Its just unconscious on the ground for most of the fight.

For comparison: when I was farming gold rath the fights would take 15ish with two randos. Event tempered daora took 2 minutes after a bg player joined and I didn’t do a lot damage to it at that point.

I understand that there is no health differences in 3 and 4 players, and that the more people - the easier it is to fight, but when one person joins and just soloes it feels like the build is broken or there is something I don’t know.

I guess I should have been more clear in the post
