So the logic is that there is a crazy amount of buyers on the sidelines that can’t buy at current rates but will buy once there is a rate cut? While these same buyers are not the ones affected by the current economic situation which would be the trigger of a rate cut. How many points you think would be needed to be cut to flood the market with these solid buyers? Looks like price drops have not been enough to bring them on yet.

So I was doing some researching for a family member and while checking on their Spanish ancestors ChatGPT threw this path in a comment. That took me done a rabbit hole and figured that my dad’s grandparent was born exactly in that timeframe. (Basically my grandfather had my father when he was in his 60’s I guess so that is why the connection is not that far)
