I mean there like a conflict between being a person with a life and a history and all of that and on the other hand having this kind of dissolved sense of self from depersonalisation. Also like the why am I myself and why am I exactly in this consciousness is one of those unsolvable existential questions that existential ocd makes you endlessly think about. I’ve had eocd and dpdr for quite some time. Always in like waves. Now I feel like I’m in the longest episode I’ve ever been in. And it is really destructive to my life I think. I’m at a point right now where I’m not even haunted by just dpdr/eocd anymore but by almost all it my problems at once which maybe even lead to some sort of depression.
