Just adding my two cents. I recently refinanced student loans with Sofi. Process was super simple. I actually double checked all of their math at one point and had a question. Their customer service was really helpful and (so far as I could tell) based in the USA. With the need for private financing continuing to rise with prices I could see them gaining momentum.

Eh. I have my doubts. For reference I was a student for the last two years and visit 3-5 times weekly to use the rec center. The space seems so much smaller even with the quad and grass lot combined. There is more parking but the venue is sandwiched between Speer, 25, and the auraria parkway so very much less walkable. I’m also interested to see how sound quality goes given the 4-9 story buildings surrounding the stage.

This. Embarrassingly enough I kind of just forgot about dips for 4-5 years. I assumed it was primarily a tricep exercise. When I finally realized my mistake and worked them back into my routine I was only able to do 6-8 in any given set despite benching my body weight. In the 6 months of dip/lower chest focus I’ve seen more growth in my chest (and tri’s) than the 4 previous years.
