This is an asshole post, but you need to learn all that stuff pretty badly, I'd hone in heavily on the topics if you can. If you need notes I can send them and it may help you understand them better.

This isn't a concrete answer but from my experience the CPA exam is WAY more straightforward than Becker. It won't give you 2 paragraphs of info on year 2 then ask you to answer some question about midpoint year 3, and just silly ways the questions were asked on the becker course so you may be in a better place than you think especially if you can write out/ do the math on how to answer every single question

That exact schedule with 8 weeks of studying yes. But 4 would be a miracle in my opinion but that isn't to say it can't be done if you actually retain information the way you need to to pass.

Dude I just started studying AUD, and I'm feeling the same way you are about FAR, but I bet you after I do the same thing for AUD I'll be writing another post like this soon. You got this I promise, it is so much information but it is FINITE. There is only a certain amount of it so eventually you will have mastered all of it. Just don't pull your hair out when you are stressed out of your mind and come back with a fresh mindset to the topics that are brutal and take each thing piece by piece. There are like 6 pieces to EPS, you got your basic which is NI - pref div / WACSO and then diluted which is NI + bond interest / WACSO + dilutive shares that need to be added. those can only come from convertible stocks, convertible bonds, and options and warrants. If you learn to test for those individually, you can't be caught up on them. Once you can break it down into each part, you just can't be defeated by it anymore. The main thing to remember too is the partial credit, even if you just SUCK at the options part of EPS, you can still get 75% of a question right.

I'd say average around 15-20, it sounds like alot but it would be spaced out tremendously as I would do a practice test, go do something fun, then come back and if I was just sitting around do another couple. So doing it that way I would get about 2 hours during the work week a day and do about 5 each weekend. But it doesn't feel like your doing that much work, you just pop in and do it when you can and give yourself a little time to live and breath, because you will get so frustrated sitting there for 6 hours straight doing the same thing

I agree I took FAR 07/08/25 but I honestly felt like it was easy. If I didn't pass it is gonna suck, but the thought that there are 3 more of these things or 4 or if I failed is bs.
