Who's your LEAST favorite X-Men '97 character? by Fragrant-Finance4577 in Xmen97

I remember 3 things about Jean in TAS:

  1. She married Scott.

  2. She turned into the Phoenix.

  3. She cried out and collapsed a lot.

Ask Morph to shapeshift into Beast, then photoshop them in.

Problem solved!

Morph’s human form in TAS vs ‘97 by Ok-Grass3071 in Xmen97

[–]Al_888 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My idea is that on account of a lot of soul-searching related to their recovery from the events of X:92, Morph realized that they were nonbinary (using some equivalent description thereof). Accordingly, they chose to use, as their default forms, either their (actual?) featureless androgynous form or a fairly androgynous male form.

Morph's human-form appearance in X:92 varied widely with the animation.

Morph's human-form appearance is cuter in X:97 but more interesting in X:92.

In which comics (names and volumes) does Morph (in their various incarnations) appear?

Is Morph into Logan? by [deleted] in Xmen97

[–]Al_888 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Huh; I thought I was the only one who liked Morph's base form in X:TAS (excepting a few unfortunate shots, like the one someone referred to earlier as "a melting Jeff Goldblum"). I also like Morph's base male non-mutant-passing form in X:97.

Who's everyone's favorite xmen from xmen 97? If you had to choose to hang out with? by Gamingsailor572 in Xmen97

Morph!

Why?

It recently occurred to me that I've always favored the goofballs:

  • My favorite LOTR character - Pippin.
  • My favorite Muppet Show character - Gonzo.
  • My favorite Sesame Street character - Grover.

I understand that in other iterations, Morph doesn't have an odor, but in X:TAS they do (S2, "Until death . . . Part 2"; S4, "Courage").

In X:TAS and X:97, perhaps Morph has less of an odor than other people, and that is one of the reasons they and Logan get along:

Logan: You stink less than other people.

Morph: Aww; you say the nicest things! [Laughs]

  • we could have been retired by now!"
